Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and children over 5 years old: Spray 2-3 times onto the affected area, holding the can 15cm away. Massage gently until completely absorbed. Repeat 2-3 times daily as necessary.

• Avoid using on broken skin, cuts, scrapes, or sensitive skin
• Do not use with heat pads
