Allergodil Nasal Spray 10ML is a solution used for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and children six years of age or older. It contains azelastinium chloride.
Description
Allergodil Nasal Spray 10ML is a locally acting antihistamine with anti-allergic action. The solution does not contain corticosteroids.

How to Use:
For adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older: 2 puffs in each nostril, once daily. Sometimes, you may need two puffs in each nostril twice a day. The maximum allowed dose is two puffs in each nostril twice a day. For children aged 6 to 11: 1 puff in each nostril twice daily. Self-medication is suitable for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age. Treatment in children aged 6 to 11 years should be under the supervision of a physician. Use in children under six is not recommended due to a lack of data on safety and efficacy.
Side Effects:
- Hypersensitivity reactions, anaphylactic reactions
- From the nervous system: vertigo, dysgeusia
- From the respiratory system: irritation of the nasal mucosa, burning, itching and sneezing, nosebleeds
- From the digestive tract: nausea
- On the part of the skin: skin rash, itching, urticaria
- Others: fatigue, feeling tired, weakness
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the preparation, pregnancy (especially і trimester) and breastfeeding; for nasal spray - children under 6 years of age
Special Instructions:
- It is not recommended to wear contact lenses during treatment with allergodil eye drops. Do not use to treat eye infections. Benzalkonium chloride can irritate the eyes.
- Alcohol increases the severity of side effects from the central nervous system.
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding. The use of the device is contraindicated during pregnancy (especially in the first trimester) and breastfeeding. If necessary, use of Allergodil should stop breastfeeding.
